Insulation does not melt - gaskets may be affected by hot temps.

Is there a simple fix in the mother broad like a capacitors. or do i have to replace mother broad
In the old days, (10 yrs and more ago) you could, but its not worth it. Most boards come with solid circuits and a pain to diagnose anyway. If you are smart enough to ask this question Im assuming you are smart enough to diagnose your problem. If you are haveing problems, start up the unit normally with the computer open, listen for the tones and look for LED flashes compare them with the error codes of the mothgerboard you arwe using, so that means the first thing you do is find the error codes for your motherboard.

What does CF E mean on my LG refrigerator?
With LG 'smart' refrigerators, the error code CF means that the refrig control board 'thinks' the condenser fan down by the condenser coil is not working. I don't know ow the board senses that, unless it's a temperature sensor on the condenser coil signaling the coil is running too hot. It could be dust blocking the coil air flow, a bad fan (locked up or running slow), a bad sensor, a bad control board, you name it!
How do I replace ice cube tray?
If you're referring to the tray for the ice maker, you can order it from your local LG retailer.
If you just need an ice cube tray, go to ANY DEPARTMENT STORE, kitchen section.
Why won't ice tray filling stop?
Michael, I suspect that the water solenoid valve needs replacement--that symptom usually causes either a slow leak and an overflowing ice cube tray or no water flow at all. To test the solenoid valve, slide your refrigerator out and view the back cover. There should be a double solenoid valve down near the bottom back of your refrigerator, one solenoid valve for the water serve spout on the front of the freezer door, and the other solenoid valve for the ice maker. I'd swap the clear plastic lines (to the door water spicket and the icemaker, put a plastic cup under the door water spicket and check in a few minutes for water leaking into your cup--if it does leak into the cup, you've found the problem! There are seval excellent videos on the web covering how to replace the valve, see: http://www.appliancepartspros.com/lg-water-inlet-valve-5221ja2006d-ap4445614.html That solenoid is controlled by a cam driven switch built into the ice maker motor assembly which can occasionally go bad and need replacement or adjustment, but my experience points to a leaking dirt plugged-open water solenoid valve. Replacment solenoid valves are easy to replace at a cost ranging from $20 to $78 with free shipping to your doorstep--check ebay!
Temperature settings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 means
refrigerator dial settings work from hot + 5 degrees (5) to real cold (1) 0 degrees and in the freezer section they work in the opposite direction (1) is cool - is minus 5 degrees and ( 5) is minus 25 degrees
those figures are example figures to show how the temperature in the units will be in relation to the dial numbers
