It sounds like you've done some initial troubleshooting steps to try and determine the cause of the problem with your TV.
Based on the symptoms you've described, it's likely that the issue is with either the power supply board or the main control board.
The power supply board is responsible for providing power to the various components of the TV, and if it's not functioning properly, it can prevent the backlight from turning on, resulting in a black screen. Similarly, if the main control board is not functioning properly, it can prevent the TV from displaying a picture and produce no sound.
To determine which of these components is causing the problem, you can try the following: -Disconnect all cables from the back of the TV, including the power cord, then press and hold the power button on the TV for a minute. Connect the power cord back and turn the TV on. -Check the voltage of the power supply board to ensure it is providing the correct voltage to the main control board. -Check the continuity of the backlight LED strips to ensure they are not open. -Check the continuity of the ribbon cables from main board to the panel. -By checking all of this you could eliminate the possibility of a simple problem, If all of the above steps don't work, it's likely that one of the boards is faulty and needs to be replaced.
It would be best to get a professional to diagnose and repair the TV, as working with the inner components of the TV can be dangerous and may cause further damage if not handled properly.
To change the region code on your LG DP132H-NU DVD/CD player, you will need to follow these steps:
Turn off the DVD/CD player and unplug it from the power outlet.
Press and hold the "Stop" button on the player.
While still holding the "Stop" button, plug the player back in and turn it on.
When the player powers on, the region code will be displayed on the screen.
Use the "Up" or "Down" arrow buttons on the player to select the desired region code.
Press the "Enter" button to confirm the new region code.
Turn off the DVD/CD player and unplug it again.
Plug the player back in and turn it on. The new region code should now be in effect.
Keep in mind that most DVD/CD players are only designed to play DVDs and CDs that are encoded for the region in which they were purchased. If you try to play a DVD or CD that is encoded for a different region, it may not work properly or may not work at all.
The cables might be bad or are not fully connected into the imports can have lines show up on your TVs screen. It might be that the cables need to be replaced. Or the T conn board and both the panel is not working. It would be more easier to by a new TV instead of trying to repair the TV that is not working.
The cables might be loose or the electrical might be at fault or the power supply is having problems for your TV or the bulbs are starting to no longer work anymore the firmware or the software needs to be updated.
Take the batteries out of the remote, pour boiling water from the kettle, dry them and replace.

Did you know typing in all CAPS is considered SHOUTING and very rude, plus it is harder to read.

Hi,
please attempt to use the open source video software called VLC by videolan to copy the dvd. This should allow you to play the copy on any computer. Please ensure that you're using the correct type of blank dvd to perform the copies as I believe that there are 2 types. And you might not want to copyover other previously-blank dvds as well.
Thank you.
