MAKE SURE TV SYSTEM IS CORRECT THEN GO FOR UOC CHECK UOC VOLTAGES ARE CORRECT

my tv is no screen

problem on three things.
1.power supply: some of components may be damage,such as,EHT transformer ,Capacitor,diode Mos fat ,
2. Video card
3. If it self check thoroughly or not go to work shop.

Service manuals have to be purchased or obtained from the manufacturer. In this case that would be LG. You can reach their customer service department by calling (800) 243-0000.

Be sure to explain to them what's going on with your TV. Because sometimes, even if you're not in warranty, a manufacturer will repair your TV at no charge if the problem you're having is a known issue with that model. Besides, it can't hurt to ask.

Well that pop had something to do with the power components inside the TV frying. I would have to say there is nothing you can do to repair it as its dangerous to work on such things.
I wouln't waste my time bringing it to a repair shop they will probably tell you to just buy a new one.

what do you mean "knocked" Yes sir it sure does sound like the power supply specificly the stand by supply? Only real way to tell if you know anything about troubleshooting solid state electronics is to get a schematic and start at the beginni9ng of the supply and work your way over to the sweep supplys. On alot of sets the horizontal has to be good for the ,main switching supply to start up but in this case if it dosent click or make any sound I supect the main supply. Good luck

If this is your hori out put it means you have a bad flyback transfomer.

As ther is no color & every thing normal. you have checked most of the things from outside. solution please check loose contact near chroma ic. check connector for loose. parts related to chroma section. finally chroma ic. good luck

check the output voltage on the emmiter of the line output transistor. it should be 95 volts.if not adjust voltage to 95 v and replace trnsistor with a new one-BUT11A and test.
