Why is there no power on the mic?

try putting fresh batteries, but disconnecting the ac adapter temporarily. If power is intermittent, the power button could be internally dirty. I normally open it up to clean the plastic buttons.

Contact Enter Tech at http://eng.enter-tech.com/support/inquiry.php and ask about a replacement cable. It sounds like it's wired wrong and I couldn't find any details on the correct wiring on their web site. So, just replacing the cable is the best way out.

I get video and music on Magic sing ED9000 but virtually no voice

Hi,
U have to change the voice of ur system.Read the manual first to how to change it then u would be able to hear the sound well then. The settings must be not upto the mark buddy.
Go to the sound settings and selects the appropriate setting.
Well it depends upon ur voice.U should only choose songs which fit ur voice otherwise outcome will be totally differnt.
Singing a song that fits your vocal range is the perfect way to stand out.
Thanks!
Sandy

ED 9000 picture problem

I hope you have configured the MIC for NTSC. By default it comes configured for PAL (Indian TV standard). The manual explains how to do it.

I dropped the mic of my magic sing and now it won't even turn on even with new batteries. My brother tried to open it and he said everything looks fine inside. I don't know what else to do. Help!

Dropped microphones could disconnect the display/control board from the motherboard. If so, you cannot turn it on using the power button and neither could you see anything on the display. To correct this, you have to open up the unit so as to push the mother board unto the display/control board.
