C-2555 relates to a low toner density in the yellow imaging unit. I'm sure your daughter pressing buttons did not cause it.
I suggest you release the yellow imaging unit (the bottow row of units)
Just realease and pull it out a little way. Then switch the machine on with the door open. It won't start, but will ask you to shut the front door. Reseat the yellow imaging unit and shut the door. The machine should go in to a stabilization mode and then work.
However, if it comes back, I suspect a new yellow imaging unit will be required.

setting up auth. on mac requires that you open the doc on appropriate app, on print menu select output method, set auth. credentials, and save. then print. some mac OSX ver. will save others won't. prompting you to set auth, every time you need printing.

I had the same issue and fixed it by adding the group "Everyone" to the shared folder permissions (where I was sending my scans) and assigning the "Everyone" group rights to "change" and "read".

Turn the machine off
Now press the stop button on the panel.
Now turn the machine ON.
Do not release the button until the machine reset and code is removes. Release the button when you see the code is removed and basic panel is shown.

This error also occurs after a paper jam or a steep power change. If error continues after doors were properly closed and the printer was turned off and on again, it'd be necessary to reset the printer and release it from trouble status.
Turn off the main switch (1/0 botton) but keep the control panel on. Wait 10 seconds. Press and hold Utility Counter botton on the Control Panel while turning on the main switch. Hold it until a white screen with a black dot over the upper rigth corner appears, then release it. Wait for a "trouble reset" botton on the control panel and then manually click on it. You'll see an arrow pointing to an "OK". Now turn off again the main switch, wait 10 seconds, and turn it on. Error must be gone.

initial status), the message to require entering the Serial No. will be displayed.
Make sure to enter the Serial No. at setup. sound like some did not follow the set procedure. go to service mode and enter the machine serial make a mistake machine will be out of commission

First, I should ask where you buy your toner and what quality is it. If it's not a genuine Konica Minolta toner you will run into more problems.

Your first check, print using about 5 copies of card, if the prints on the cards shows shadowy image or you find shadow repetition of the prints, that's a confirmation of a bad toner quality.

This is due to a problem with Flash.

You can log out and then in again, but view the page as HTML and not as flash.

BTW if you re going to post the back door to your copier over the internet you may want to change the Admin password.

pull out the color image units and shake each one along its axis to ensure developer and toner are equally along the image unit. then re-install if not have bad PC drum motor or worse the main board is gone$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
