CAREFUL not to drop the little sliders for mounting in car they have springs that pull them out of thier home and they **** to get back in remove the top.you should be looking at the top now and can see the cartridge..and a little bit of the cd that was last playing.there's a large gear.. with a pin in a half moon with a little flat tail lookin slot. if the pin is in the little flat area, carefully spin the gear until its out of flat and around to top of moon. cd that was playing is now in cartridge.. on the bottom in the back is another little gear (Between the mechanical case and outer shell) carefully spin that gear until the disk selector is all the way down (if it goes up or doesn't move spin the other way) keep spinning until cartridge ejects if you want reassemble if you just wanted disks toss it as is if reassembling just go reverse face plate goes on last
