You have the Printer emulation set incorrectly. I think it comes as IBM as default and you should try Epson instead. Its a trial and error thing but am sure emulation is incorrect.

Microline 280 dose not roll
If you have replaced the stepper motor and it has not changed anything then it is obvious that the stepper motor may have been OK. It is the electronics that is at fault. The module that controls the stepper is at fault. It needs chip level repair which only a qualified technician can do.Please visit the customer care of OKI for the needful.
EVERY TIME PRINT GET A EXTRA SHEET BLANK PAPER
Printer setup defines different emulator you can use such as IBM Pro/ Brother/Generic. Try a different one that as set now. See if that helps. Does it do the same of printing with a different
application? You may have page length setup wrong in application.

Be sure when you install new paper that the paper out switch, usually in the paperpath somewhere, is being contacted by the new paper. Usually located on the left side of the paper platten.

Check printer setup where you define carrige return and line feed options. Alot of times you need to set printer to do an auto CR on reciept of LF or auto LF on reciept of CR. I run into this all the time.
