You said you've already removed the Jam right, but still an
Error 923 shows on the panel.
If I may ask have you checked if all the Jam has been removed from the inside, making sure not piece of paper is left in the machine causing any further Jams.
If all paper is believed to be removed then you can try doing a power cycle, turn the machine OFF unplugged from the wall as well then press and hold down the power button for at least 30 seconds then turn it back ON if the error still exist try re-seating all the ink cartridges just to reset everything see if that will remove the error Fatal Erro 923.
I check your Error and is actually not one of the Errors that the printer has on the user
manual, possible you may need servicing on your Unit.
