According to Olympus the 10-year old model P-10 Digital Photo Printer only supports Windows 98/ME/2000/XP and specifically says that it will not function with Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit. If you are running Windows 7 Professional, you can install XP Mode (free from Microsoft) and then install the P-10 within Windows XP to use it that way. If Possibly time for a new printer.

I tried searching under 'p-10 driver' and got a site that seems to have an installer.

According to the Manual, when both the Access and Paper light go on simultaneously, there is a paper jam. Check to see if there is, also check to make sure the paper is loading from your tray correctly. You have the paper face down right?
Turn off the printer after you fix he jam or paper, and turn back on before you try to print again.

i will simply advice you to pick another printer instead of the mother board because it might not be the only problem your printer has

is the ribbon new?, sometimes they have problems, if that one is alright, u need to send it to a repair centre, it must need to repalve the mainboard

After looking at the manufacturer's website I can see that the printer is only supported through XP. Do not despair however! You can still run the printer through a virtual machine using Windows XP Mode. A great tutorial is put out by Microsoft that explains how to use this feature in Windows 7. You can find it here:
