Hello, unfortunately, the repair outfit will not be able to come to your house if you don't contact them first..
I would suggest you contact the manufacturer of your Toyotomi TID-1800 Air Conditioner via phone or e-mail and request for the service manual from them. They might give it to you or direct you to a dealer where you can get the help in Mississauga Ontario..
All you need to do is to go to Toyotomi.com , and get their contact address,they will give you the address on how to get to them in your country..
This is the best you can do to get the help you are requesting for.

Hello. I hadn't used this
As you say you've ot used it in years did you follow the Long Term Storage Instructions before you put it away? Did you clean the Air Filter before you started using it this time?

My 1800 will put out
Check an error code displayed?
If unit stops immediately after you switch on, fan motor mechanism locked. Check motor and PCB.
If unit stops after few seconds, check coil and room air sensor and replace if it's defective.Helpful?

You probably have a dirty coil... this is the most common problem with inefficiently operating units.
do you change your filter or clean it often? how old is the unit? do you smoke inside that room? are there any animals that live in there? how clean is the room on a scale of 1 to 10.
