Red means it needs charging..... the light will turn green or go off when fully charged.

If you google the camera, there should be some information available there.

Download all your pictures in the SD card either by USB cable from your camera or an external card reader that accepts the SD card size. You can get adapters that will make the card readable if your PC has a built in card reader.

Did you format the memory card before you tried using it. Look thru the camera menu options and there should be an option to format the card.

Have you charged the battery / put batteries in ?

go to the camera properties tab and check and adjust the compatibility download the camera driver updates from the camera manufacturer web page

I can find no reference to a Polaroid nap.

Download one from Polaroid site.
