I would think that the '5' setting would be for Mon. - Fri., but let me know if that's not correct. Hope this helps! "After setting the radio alarm wake time and sound, you will need to select the 7-5-2 setting. The 7-5-2 setting lets you set the alarm for a full week (7), weekdays only (5), or the weekend (2). Before setting the alarm, be sure that the correct date is set, as shown in the "Auto-Set" and Manual Time and Date Settings section of the manual. While the display is still flashing, press the Date/7-5-2 Button until the desired setting is shown."

HelloThe company has instructed not to connect any external antenna to this device. Tye have given this instruction at Importan safety precausions" section. Just look in the manuals' Importan Safety Precusions section. This isnstruction has been given as 16th item. OK.

• As long as the alarm indicator is illuminated on the LCD screen the alarms will sound.
• To get rid of the alarm indicator press the "enter" button on the top of your alarm clock. No more alarms at all.

I have the same clock. Press and hold the time set button on the back of the clock, use the forward and back buttons on the top of the clock to select the time. once the time has been chosen, the clock will beep. your time is now set.

Instructions for setting the date are on page 7 and a reference diagram with labeled buttons is on page 5.

On page 8 of the linked manual, there will be instructions for setting nature sounds. A diagram with labeled buttons can be found on page 5.

Here are the directions for setting the nature sounds:
1. Press and hold down the 'alarm 2' button until the 'alarm 2' display comes up
2. Press the reverse or forward buttons to set the alarm time.
3. Use the Mode/DST button to choose sounds. There are five to choose from:

1. Ocean Surf
2. Birds
3. Brook
4. Wind Chimes
5. Buzzer

4. Press the enter button or wait 10 seconds to confirm.
