Could be a cracked condensate pan. this may require replacing the pan or there are sealing sprays on the market which you can buy at HVAC stores.

Replace the fan or check the motor run/start capacitor

The condenser fan motor is probably bad, but check and replace the capacitors First

Hello eveyone,i found the right value for my central air ,the Capacitor is 60uF/5uF/370v. I installed this last summer & it works great. I bought mine in our local refrigeration parts store. but they also have this in ebay ,ebay item #190526958646,hope this will help you too,goodluck Dave

Clean the coil. If you are a bit mechanical, Switch off the unit at the box on the side of the house. Remove the top cover with the fan attached. Have a helper hold it out of the way, and pressure wash the coils from the inside of the unit out or back-flush the coil. That is about all there is to the maintenance of the outside unit.

Most new split A/C units have a 5AMP car fuse on the control brd in the inside unit.
