How do you get to the filter on the water pump on
Hi There
i have some stuff for you to read to help you out on your problem. Let me how it goes and hope this helps you out.
It won't drain
If your washer won't drain, check these:
It spins, but doesn't pump
It doesn't spin or pump
It pumps, but the water returns
It spins, but doesn't pump
If
your washer spins but doesn't pump the water out, the drain line is
probably clogged. In many washers, a small sock or other piece of
clothing can get between the clothes tub and the outer tub that holds
the water. If the clothing gets between the tubs, it may then get into
the drain hose that's attached to the pump--or even into the pump
itself. If it's in the pump, you need to remove the hoses from the pump
and pull the item out.
To
remove the sock from the outer tub port, open the washer's main access
panel and remove the large-diameter rubber hose that connects the pump
to the bottom of the outer tub. Then, using needle-nose pliers, try to
grab and remove the clothing through the port.
Sometimes
you can't remove the stuck clothing from below. Then you have to remove
the agitator, top of the outer drum shield, and inner clothes tub. This
isn't easy to do--and you may need special tools--so you might be
happier getting a qualified appliance repair technician to do the job.
If
the drain line isn't plugged, the problem may be with your pump. Even
if the pump appears to be turning, the internal impeller may be broken.
If so, you need to replace the pump.
It doesn't spin or pump
If
your washer doesn't spin or pump water out but the motor is running,
your washer probably has a frozen pump pulley. If so, you need to
replace the pump. To check the pulley, remove the pump from the washer
and try to rotate the pulley manually. If it doesn't turn freely--if
it's frozen or stiff--replace it.
It pumps, but the water returns
If
the water that pumps out of the machine goes back into the machine
after the spin cycle, your washer may be siphoning the water from a
laundry tub that has a slow drain, back into the washer. The usual
remedy for this is to improve the draining of the laundry tub. (Is
something stuck in the drain?) Also, check for these problems:
If the drain hose reaches more than about 4 inches into the laundry tub, cut off the excess.
If your drain hose is lower than the washer's cabinet, install an air gap/siphon break assembly.
Thank you for writing to fix ya.

Beko wm1510w bearing?
Hi there.....this rattle can usually be associated with failed or failing bearings.......simple test to follow....with machine switched off and door open...put your hand in and try lifting the inner wash drum...there should be NO MOVEMENT...movement indicates failing or failed drum bearings

Same Error Code
Hi,
First turn off water supply valves, and drag the machine out (open door and grab inside)
Check the outlet hose is not kinked ot taut and that it's route is clear.
The top bend should go into a 35mm open waste pipe, or into a combined outlet on a sink . If it is the combined outlet - remove the whole lower assembly and clean it in a bucket - dirty job - but will improve things.
If this does not improve matters - you need to find the filter in front of the pump, and clean that. Some models do not have a filter, so strip the pump and look for an obsruction at the pump impellers on thee models.
If the pump makes more noise than action - it could be the run capacitor on the motor. These fail over time.
Washer does not spin but drains
The door switch probably needs to be replaced. If its defective, it will not allow the machine to spin. Its a common problem with the Affinity.
Does anyone have this problem
humming noise could be either:
valve energised but no water present
pump energised but impellor jammed by a foreign object
worthwhile checking pump rotates freely and that water is present.
most likely to ber the pump
Spin cycle makes washer rattle too much
Open the door and then reach inside the washer and grab the front of the inner tub with your finger tips. Can you wiggle the inner tub inside the outer tub? If so, your spider shaft supporting the inner tub is cracked and needs replaced. It is quit a job for the average handyman. Most often the professionals mustr be brought in for this repair.
Let me know if I can help further,

Error code E20 for ATF700ES1
This problem is due to a clogged drain issue, E20 is the code for this. It is usually coins or lint build-up in the drain screen assembly. If you are not handy, I don't recommend that you try to fix this yourself. I being a plumber found it to be quite hard getting at the hoses and filter under the unit drum. It will take you a good Hour and a Half to do the job if you do decide to fix it yourself. I hope that this will help in your quest to finding out what is wrong with your washing machine.

New frigidaire washer (affinity)
Kimberely, The err 47 means that the control board is not sensing the door lock. First try unplugging the machine for 1 minute and see if it comes back to normal. If it doesn't put it into the door lock test, with the door closed, by doing the following: Turn the program knob to drain spin. Press pause cancel to turn off the LEDs. Within 5 seconds, press and hold the option and pause cancel buttons until the LEDs start sequentially chasing, then release the buttons. All the LEDs will sequentially light. Turn the program knob 4 clicks from the start position clockwise, the door lock solenoid will activate. The door should be locked. Turn the knob one more click clockwise and it should unlock. You can toggle back and forth to test it. If the door lock is working and you are still getting this code, then its a control board problem. You should call for factory service.
