I replaced the temperature sensor and the F03 Error persists. Looking through the manual I find no ref to a thermal fuse, so I am assuming my my model does not have one. Also I installed a brand new Power Control Board and still have the F03 error. The issue started when I fitted the Control Unit, sets temperature and timer for lower oven.

Yes heating element can be replaced. It should be tested with s multi meter to see if it’s good.

A lot of ovens only require that you open the door to the first stop, then lift it straight back as if to follow the door hinge brackets. Good luck.

try Cutting power to unit at breaker box for 5 minutes. This may reset electronics

SAFETY THERMOSTAT MAY HAVE TRIPPED. MOST ARE LOCATED BEHIND THE REAR SERVICE PANEL. THERE SHOULD BE A WIRE DIAGRAM, USUALLY ON TOP OF THE OVEN IN A POCKET, IF THE THERMO IS OPEN, WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED & OVEN WOULD HAVE TO BE CHECKED FOR ACURACY.

You didn’t leave a model #. It depends if Door Lock is electric or manual.

Unfortunately, the F1E1 error indicates a EEPROM checksum problem with the control board. An internal check for the board gave a result that didn't match the one that is stored in the read-only memory. The only solution is to replace the electronic control board for the stove. When the power drops, it often sends a spike down the power line. Most electronics are sensitive to voltage spikes and if too high, destroys the equipment. Unfortunately your display is probably toast.
