Where can I order replacement ear pads for Brookstone model #431064 Foldable Noise Cancellation Headphones, last stocked by them in 2003? Vinyl pads' finish is crumbling, but still soft.

You might be best just searching e-bay for headphone earpads. Then looking out for something that looks like yours. Most of these none standard headphone companies will tend to be made by other companies such as JVC or Sony. So just search for what they are, not who makes them.
