You can go to granger and they can match it up and you can also try tractor supply .

try some black duck tape that might help until you can find a replacement parts

face the fan away from you look real close around the outside ring you will see them there small philipps screws hard to find one trick is to make a small scrach on both sides before seperating so you can line them back up , dont make them so small you cant find them later or you can do it like i do fire up my compressor and blow the dust out works great seeya

hello Donald. you could try a product available at most hardware stores called weld-it to repair the knob. other wise, here is the link to the vornado company where you can call them or email them and they will send you a new knob for free or very little cost.

Most fans like this use a fairly standard electric motor as it has to run from the mains supply. Take it to a good electric motor repairer/supplier and they should be able to find an after market motor to replace the one you have. Keep in mind how much the fan is worth to compare the cost of repair versus replacement.
