Hello insert the drive in the usb port.When you see the drive in the control panel, right click on it and choose format.Select NTFS in the selection box, and mark quick format and click start.This could take a while.You just have to save ALL the previous saved files, before you format, because the files will be lost, when the the drive is formatet.
