Power overload
That is a good thing, your receiver is going into "protect mode" that means the receiver is shutting down to keep from damaging delicate internal circuitry, it is sensing a speaker bottoming out or some other electrical "short" that could be damaging!
Also could be from over driveing the amp and then it starts to overheat thus going into "protect mode".
If your speakers are "clipping or distorting" turn it down, you are going to ruin your amp. Good luck !

My amp says overload and switches off only when i
This may happen for two reasons:
1. Bad air ventilation. Clean any ventilation holes all over the case and if possible open the cover and clean the dust using a brush and a vacuum or air under pressure. Take care not to make any damage at the wires, connectors e.t.c. with the brush.
2. Too many, or too low impedance speakers at each channel. In this case I have to know what speakers do you use in order to clarify if the speakers' resistance is too low for the amplifier and create this problem.
In case of a problem or clarification or further details needed, don't hesitate to post me a reply before rejecting my answer.

I want to program the aux thing on my comcast
There should be a "cheat sheet" on the inside of the battery compartment on the comcast remote, if not, simply contact a Comcast customer service tech and they should be able to walk you through programming your device. Most of the time there is a universal code (9,9,0,0) or something similar. Your best bet is to contact your cable operator.

Audio Tape not recording
There is a bad IC in the preamp stage of this amp and will require a signal tracer to troubleshoot to see where the signal is lost. Good Luck

TV/SAT Video channel went out - Pioneer VSX516
Double check the video connection cable directly out of the SAT reciver and the video cable out from the Pioneer reciver, as there maybe an intermittant connection in them. If you replace them or sub them for known good ones, and you still have this probem, there is a switching IC inside the pioneer that has to be replaced.

Overloading
What speakers are you using? Are they seperate from the TV set? How is the audio attached to the TV set. What inputs I mean are you using for the speakers and the sound for the TV set?
