Try re-installing the handle. Remove the screw on the back of the machine and pull up on the handle. Once the handle is removed pull the trigger to make sure the plugger on the end of the handle moves up and down when the trigger is pulled. If the plunger is moving reinstall handle and test. If the plunger is not moving you may need a new handle.

I found that if the water is not hot enough it won't create the suction needed for the water to spray. If you have use it in the past it could be that the water tubing could be clod.
