Does everything else work?? If so, its just the turntable motor, simple to replace. there are three or four screws under the bottom. UNPLUG the microwave first. Double check before ordering...but .. Here is the one you need: Turntable Motor DE31 10172C

Your touch pad is connected to your board with a ribbon wire, it has probably come loose. Unplug the unit and remove the face plate. Pull it back and you will see the wire, it looks like a ribbon, push it in tight, replace the face plate and it should work properly. I see this happen all the time.

Probably a bad mag, if the transformer goes bad it will draw a lot of amps and blow the fuse. If a mag shorts it just makes a more pronounced hum. Same with the rectifier. If you Ohm out the rectifier it should show open both ways as it is a really high resistance and the only way it would make a louder hum is if it shouts. so If it looks open it is probably OK, and probably bad mag. .
