Which machine use to repair motherboard ?

Depends on what is wrong with the motherboard.

Capacitors? (Radial Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor)
These are replaced by hand if you have good de-soldering, and soldering skills.

As for replacement of the motherboard chipset, (Northbridge and Southbridge), plus the GPU chipset, a Reflow Machine is used.

Password bios emachin

That is going to depend on what it was set to. There is no factory password for the Bios on these computers. If you have forgotten the password you will need to reset the Bios using the jumper on the mother board. If you don't have your book on the motherboard you will need to go to the eMachine website and look up the down load of the book for your specific model.

Is it possible to upgrade my e-machines 4260 with

Hi:
at the bare minimum, you can upgrade it with a PCI graphics card. That would plug into one of your spare white PCI slots, and they make those with atleast 256mb of memory ( When shopping for one, dont confuse a PCI video card with a PCI express card) I couldn't find enough info on what exact board you have, as they used several, but many had a brown AGP memory slot, which is a better option for you. Keep in mind, also, that if you upgrade the video card and memory , you might need to upgrade your power supply too, due to the higher current requirements of the new card and memory.

If all else fails, bring your tower to a computer shop, and they will usually tell you what you need for free, with hopes to sell a upgrade!

I need to update my motherboard do you have any

Here's a google page that has some links pertaining to the updating of your computer. Since I didn't have the make and model, I couldn't find any specific info for you, but I hope this helps:
http://www.google.com/#sclient=psy&hl=en&q=updating+a+emachine&aq=f&aqi=&aql=f&oq=&gs_rfai=&pbx=1&fp=b9249fd3d570d064
One person in a blog mentioned that they weren't getting good support from emachines, so you might try other blogs on the net that pertain to your motherboard/machine.
Good luck, and hope this helps.

I've got an emachine ET1161-07, and have

Firstly check the volume is not low or muted on both windows and the speakers. In windows click the speaker icon in the bottom right of your screen, check the volume is turned up. Then click mixer or advanced and check that all volumes are turned up.
If using a laptop, check that the hotkey control for volume is on. You will see an audio icon on one of your ‘F’ keys, hold the Fn button located near the ctrl and press the volume function key.
Next open Device Manager from Control Panel and check there are no yellow exclamation marks on any drivers. If there are then you need a new driver.
If you are still having issues the sound card may be faulty, this is usually integrated into the motherboard. In a desktop PC you could buy a new PCI soundcard if you have a spare PCI slot in your machine.
You need to goto the manufacturers website, find their support section and there should be a list of drivers for your specific machine. Installing these should resolve your problem. I have a list of links to most manufacturers drivers on my website.
Hope this helps,
