It happen when there is a slight load tansfer belt. What l did was..clean all the rollers & bushings underneath the transfer belt. Threre are 3 rollers..4 bearings & 2 bushings. Remove all stains.. And also you could polish the surface of the transfer belt by using car polish liquid to smoothen the belt rotation

Look up your model on Google and search for the reset sequence... It is usually a combination of button presses that will cause the machine to acknowledge that there is a new toner cartridge in the machine. Normally a new toner cartridge should trigger this reset automatically but in some cases you may need to do it manually. Try to remove the hdd. Does the sc code disapear? Replace the hdd if needed
