If I read your words correctly, when you turn on the washing machine it immediately causes a fuse to blow out or a circuit breaker to flip off. yes you can unplug the machine take the back off and look for a small 5mm pipe leading upwards, take it off and blow gently into it you should hear a click and one when you let the air out if so then clean out the steel or plastic pipe you took it from, it normally blocked with soap goo, replace the pipe and try the machine again eric

Could be the door interlock or simply there is no water entering the machine. Check water supply and also the vales inside the machine . the solenoids should buzz nd hum a little if they are energised but could still be blocked ???

Test motor is not leaking to earth ( insulation test )

It could be the NTC ? two small wires between the heat main wiring. Or Possible the heater is leaking to earth. You would need a meter to test , NTC should be about 18kohm

Try the drive belt from motor to the drum it could have stretched a little? The noise you can hear could be the heating element catching the inner drum or something like a wire from a bra came loose in a wash and is trapped between the drums ?
