HOW TO REBOT

Can't set it up
If your monitor is only monitor just connect it with vga cable connector at the back of the monitor then goes through at the back of pc unit.however, if the monitor;TV/Monitor you need to use the supplied remote of the monitor set it on pc display same procedure in connecting monitor to pc unit.
No signal input
tried with other monitor does the same issue? if not which mean their is a problem with in the monitor. how about replacing a new vga cable still no signal?.
I need a AC adapter
most of the AC adapter for the monitor have practically the same color and design. You may get that to your store where you bought or you may try best buy and ask for Liquid Video Monitor Power Cord for it...
When booting up my computer,
There's a good chance you have failing electrolytic capacitors either in the power section or the inverter section or both.
Any caps in these sections that look bulged at the top, or bulged/leaking at the bottom need to be replaced.
If you repeatedly turn it off and on, eventually it'll probably stay on, but every time you turn it off, the TV will get harder and harder to start up until one day it just won't.
Sometimes you have to do the opposite to start it up and unplug it for some time and then try again.
If you aren't tech savvy, don't worry, read the rest of this solution and watch the videos.
If you are handy with a soldering iron and can identify the power supply and inverter / FM section for the backlights, an inexpensive handful of capacitors will likely fix you right up.
Match the capacitance on the capacitors. Go over voltage if you can, and still have them fit.
IE - it's not a bad idea to replace a 10V cap with a 16V or 25V or even a 50V, but don't replace a 680uF cap with a 500uF or a 1000uF (unless you are positive it's only doing ripple filtering, and even then, you should go OVER, not under the uF rating).
Most of the caps that go are 10V 1000uF or 3300uF.

As you can see, this issue spans plasma TVs, as well as large and small LCD TVs and monitors.
The parts are cheap, and skill required is minimal.
Just bought Liquid Video Monitor,
This monitor does not have a standard 3.5mm jack to plug in headphones/earphones. Considering the fact that the sound output is only 2W, you may want to disconnect the speaker connection from the back of the computer and plug in your earphones into that slot.
I have bad ac adaptor
Search for one ebay and purchase it you can usually get things like that on ebay for about 10.00 including shipping and handling when out in town it will cost you 50.00 to 100.00.... I just got a new AC Adapter charger cord for my DVD HANDYCAM on ebay for 5.00 including S &H and it came from China in 5 days, that was normal free shipping.

Need power cord for monitor
I would look on ebay if it has a special plug for under 20 dollars.
Most monitors use the same plug cable as a computer though, so i have rarely run into that problem. Lots of old computer plugs around.
Check your local computer shop. Take the monitor in with you. At my shop we had a whole box of them from dead monitors / laptops. most of which are 19V.
If you want new, i believe Targus made a multi end power adaptor

My liquid video a170e101 appears to have a blue
First of all ensure that it's not the the monitor cable (to PC) that causing that problem. If the Red/ Green/Blue data cable (inside the bundle of the monitor cable) or one of them not connected (due to too much bending) can make the monitor displayed improperly
