Press the Left side of the switch for HIGH and press the Right side of the switch for LOW. The setting you switch it to is the one it will stay in unless you move the switch.

You will need to remove the tiny screw on the rear of it and lift off the rear cover. Replace the battery, the correct way around, and refit the rear cover.

Try cleaning the lense on the laser. Do not use a 'cleaning disc' as they do more harm than good. Take it to a repair shop to get it cleaned professionally.

It sound like you have an aerial issue here. In most vehicles, it is the lines in the back windshield where the demister lines are. Or if the vehicle is old, it will be an electric aerial. 1 Hook up your equalizer to your receiver if it does not have preamp-out channels. The equalizer should always be between the receiver and the amplifier.
