What makes you believe your player is "blocked"? Eclipse players have no "blocking" function. According to my experience Eclipse player is one of the worst brands around! So if it's on warranty, return it, If no on warranty, I guess there is nothing to "unbock". It's sumply stopped working and maybe you can get repaired it... maybe! Be prepared to buy a new player
