I think that the Wi U console that you have bought is broken and you will have to bu another Wii U console. Lukie Games and DK Oldies and East Starland Games and JJ games sells Wii U consoles.

It could be that the power switch went bad is is not working or the fuses has quit working and need to be replaced or a loose connection with the screen then for your gameboy advance to not be powering on.
