You have faulty transmission or/and clutch. Clutch is on the bottom of the transmission , next to the pully.

You have had a leak. You can disconnect the hose and empty all the water out of it, then leave the hose in the sun to heat up, this will SOMETIMES reset the water stop, if not you will need a new hose.
