Im not a specialist in this but to my knowledge, Will the unit spin if you manually turn the timer dial to spin? If so, remove power, remove the clock motor from the timer, and inspect the clock and mating timer gearing for debris or damaged gear teeth. At the worst, replace the timer. You may be able to scrape or file the damaged teeth so that the timer will progress.

Have someone look under the machine and see if it has a drive belt from the motor to the pump. If it does, the belt could be worn out and slipping, causing the drum to not spin fast enough. God bless your efforts.

The easiest thing to do is just unplug it for a few min's

motor nor spinning could be a seized bearing , jammed impeller blades or start /run capacitor or a burnt out motor windings

check for broken or cracked lines tank

i now have same problem- did you get a solution?

remove the bolt in the centre of the agitator, usually a 10mm socket and extensions to do it and pull out

sometimes they can seize on a couple of levers and gentle coaxing might get it

Have a look under the lid. The settings are set into the plastic.
