I have a 19" memorex

troubleshooting.Your TVwill have to be repaired. There is a part that has developed a defectand needs to be replaced. If you're still in warranty, the TV will berepaired at no charge to you. The warranty would likely be at leastone year from the date of purchase from the manufacturer. If youpurchased an extended serviceplanthey will repair the TV at no charge as well.
If the TV is nolonger in warranty, it will likely cost a minimum of $150 parts andlabor. This is assuming that you only need one circuitboardor small part. If the problem is more than one of the circuit boards,the price of repair could go much higher.

Hi, how is the cable box hooked up to the TV? Is it HDMI cable or componet (red/green/blue) ? When you say totally green, do you mean the the picture is only green with the other colors missing or every color looks green ?
