did it ever work? or you just got the pci card used?
what operating system are you using on the computer where you install the card?
how did you install the drivers for the pci card on your computer.
where did you get the drivers for your pci card? the cd that came with device or you downloaded drivers from the manufacturer (try the 2nd option as it's an usual suspect that needs to be ruled out)

you can download the drivers from dell website or from here. Before that download Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture from here and install it.
Everything should work fine after that.

Try removing the device driver in Hardware manager, then 'refresh' to tell it to look for a new driver. Keep the CD in the drive, and have windows search it for the driver.

Well i know that the pci-e is build with only the 1 slot as power supply , instead of using the 12volt connector, which leaves it with very few power....

Just install. the driver again or set your pc a couple of days back. Nice card for the money, only why are you using the solo still...

This fault / alarm / warning is not listed anywhere and the company is no longer in business. Turn over the console and see if there is a door for a back up battery. It may be warning that it is running out. Do the same with the main control unit.
