Starbucks barista burr grinder: the motor runs but
Most likely is the exit chute has become clogged. I'd attempt to clean it before abandoning the machine.

Barista burr grinder,
Check the paddle wheel under the lower (conical) burr. You should be able to see vertical paddles that move the ground coffee. If any are broken or missing (very common if you've used rice intead of Grindz to clean the burrs) you need a new paddle wheel, which you can buy from Baratza.

Grinder gives only fine ground regardless of setting. After a few seconds, coffee builds up under the burr and no coffee comes out. Motor is running.
