Why HEPA certified Filters are more preferred?
The
HEPA certified air purifier by far has been the best type useable since it is very efficient. The most advantageous aspect of this type of air purifier is that does not emit any by-product or secondary pollutants like ozone that is so very harmful. Buy certified HEPA filter air purifier to maintain the freshness of the room.

My Eden pure model Gen 3 doesn't turn on ? The red light on front is lite and filter is clean Why not
Edenpure has a troubleshooting guide at this website:
MY HEATER WILL NOT TURN ON.
- Make sure the power source is good. Plug in a lamp to see if it works correctly.
- Make sure the front power switch/button is set to the "ON" position.
- Unplug the power for 30 minutes. Plug the power back in and try operating the heater again. This will reset the internal sensors.
- Some heater models are designed to be operated in temperatures less than 75 degrees Fahrenheit. The heater will not operate when the temperature is too high. Test the heater in a room that is below 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Bring the heater inside to warm up for at least one hour before operating if it has been stored in a freezing or near freezing environment.
- Make sure the filter is clean.
- Remember, it will take a few minutes for the heater to warm up. The fan will start to blow after the heater has warmed up.

Thera Pure. Why won't it turn on?
My THERAPURE wouldn't turn on either. I got it when my mom upgraded but could never get it to power on. I came here for help. I figured it out myself. The filter was put in upside down after it was cleaned. Odd that it even fit. I flipped it, plugged it in, and it turned right on! Good luck. Hope your fixes are all as easy as mine!
