As for the graphics card, get a new one. A medium to high end card will support two monitors if you need it.

I have windows 10 and can't install my 4D software
what PC? is it? make and model
what is 4D? what does the 4 D due,
what is it, where did you plug it in , to USB port
that W7 driver does not belong on W10. it told you that.
that means go to the maker of unstated device and ask them for w10 driver, that is what we all do.
