I have a Bushnell Telescope model # AG-78-4306 I need the part that attaches the tripod to the telescope
Telescopes and other things designed to fit on a tripod usually have a female thread and the attaching screw is part of the tripod.
If there is no female thread it isn't designed to fit on a tripod and an adaptor will be required. If it is available it will have to be sourced from the manufacturer or an optic specialist.
If it was mine I would have a brief look through Amazon/ebay and if no luck I would fabricate something myself.

Programming Notes
• If your device does not respond to the remote after trying all codes listed or your brand is not listed in the code list, use the Auto Code Search method to program your remote.
• Sometimes the first code that "works" with your device may operate only a few functions of your device. There may be another code in the code list that performs more functions. Try other codes from the code list for more functionality.

How to mount a bushnell 1.5x-4.5, x32 scope onto a british 303 infield rifle
That could be interesting.
The .303 has enough recoil that screw type mounts would be recommended.
I'd take the rifle and scope to my nearest sporting goods store where scope mounting is done, or ask them to recommend a good gunsmith.
This is not the kind of project that most inexperienced people are comfortable with.
