Light flickering on infoglobe
When it is flickering, can you still read it? Mine didn't flicker. Maybe it just needs new batteries. I did find that mine had trouble working once I switched over to AT&T Uverse internet/phone service.

Red Light Inside Is Off and No Caller ID
Hi, usually this red light is a "new message" indicator when it's on, the normal condition should be off. If the caller ID function is not working could be cables misconnected, the connector labeled as line should be connected to wall line outlet, the connector labeled as phone should be connected to your telephone. In the worst of cases if the connections are OK, there's a problem with the line or the caller ID unit.

How can i get a code for my puk globe sim card
My dear:
Very Best Solution:You Go To Service & Sim Office and Get The Puk code And Pin code From Office oprator
Enter The Puk code and Yes
Enter The pin code and Yes
So Puk code Open and Problem will Quickly Solved
But:
Don't try to enter a PUK code without knowing the right one.
You need to call your service provider to get this code.
It can be as many as 8 digits, and it is random. If you enter too many wrong codes,
you can permanently damage the device. So Please You Go to Service office
and Get the Duplicate Sim From Office Oprater Same Your No Problem will Solved

My caller ID globe has
Hi, i think the problem is from the circuit board because the solder joint on the small circuit board at the end of the arm are subject to vibration from operation. What you need is a soldering iron, solder wick, bright light and if possible a microscope.
Remove the solder and then the small board using a 800 degree tip so that you can get on/off the pads fast. Re-tin the traces and re-solder the small board onto the end of the arm. Don't be scared if the doesn't come up, just press the 'select' button and it will come up clean and clear.
You can get more information and instructions on this site

Unplug the power to move now the reset buttons are
reset buttons not making good connections...try pushing harder or wiggle the buttons back and forth while pushing down on them...sometimes they make contact that way....if you can get the unit to reset doing that then...have the button assembly cleaned out in the future...good luck

My infor globe does not show the i d caller
for most problews, including caller id, follow these instructions in order:
Put the battery into the battery compartment and connect to the
connectors inside the battery compartment.
Connect the power adapter and telephone cord into matching jacks on the under side
of the base.
Plug the power adapter into the electrical outlet. Plug the telephone cord into the
telephone socket.
my caller id was not working, but everything else was. I followed the instructions above EXACTLY IN ORDER and the caller id is now working.

How to change time on Olympia Infoglobe caller id
I have the manual and can tell you what it says:
(this worked for me last year when we went off daylight savings, but for some reason, It doesnt seem to work anymore. I can't imagine that I did anything different then. You can try, though.)
Enter (or leave) the Demonstration Mode by pressing the right key for at least 1 second.
Then, by pressing SELECT key, you are SUPPOSED to be able to scan a menu which lets you pick date format, time format, etc.
This no longer works for me, and the instructions also have a contradictory comment that says the SELECT key is disabled in this mode. But perhaps this will work for you.
I would also appreciate instructions if anyone knows what I am doing wrong.

No illumination.
If the mechanism is not turning at all, hold down the left key to start it.

I changed the batteries in
After I changed the batteries, waiting for about one hour, the CD list finally came up and after a time, I was able to get the CD list to reappear and arrow down to "date and time".
I don't understand how it got well but I'm happy.
