Sometimes it helps to upgrade your OS ...from say (a)4.2.0.442 to say (b)5.0.0.1015. I was getting tons of uncaught applications on my 9550.I upgraded from (a) to (b) and the problem is gone.Along with battery issues.Can you try that?Your carrier must have OS upgrades for your device on their website.Good luck!

Hi,
First start off with the battery out of the phone and the usb cable unplugged. Next open the Desktop Manager, then go into Application Loader. When you get to the part where it asks for the connection type just plug in the usb cable (still leaving the battery out). If the connection changes to usb or usb, hit Next. Keep going through the wizard till you're on the last step, before you hit Install. Now put the battery in and see if the loading operation completes.

If you've got an application then one of application that's running is faulty.Go menu > Options > Advanced Options > Applications, this would give you a list of the all the applications that are running. Click on each of them to see the properties, this would enable you know the faulty application. Once you detect this you can now uninstall it and the error message would stop.

go on to your settings reset your phone you can reset it it'll just turn off your phone give it a little refresh and turn back on or you can master refresh which will turn off your phone give it a really good refresh it'll turn back on but if you master reset it will delete all our games music and stuff but im not sure about inbox emails & contacts but its up to you but if i was you i would choose master reset especially if it a new phone... so goodluck:) and please rate this solution thanks cya...

Hi, please do a hard reset on the BlackBerry smartphone.
1) Remove the battery cover from the back of the BlackBerry smartphone.
2) Remove the battery, and then reinsert it after a few seconds.
3) Replace the battery cover.
If the display is still not working, verify that the battery is charged by trying it in a different BlackBerry smartphone.
If the battery is working, download the latest BlackBerry Device Software and
install it using the application loader tool in BlackBerry Desktop Manager. I hope this information will help you
