Sometimes, to fix Android Bluetooth not working, you might just need restarting it; especially if it's been left switched on for a while. You are better off taking it to a Service Centre. It has electronics board inside and would need to be tested. If it's the motor brushes, you could replace those, but if it is the motor itself, it is normally beyond economic repair. If you are talking about the screen on the bottom of the machine, it pulls out to clean but does not come all the way out.

Did you ever figure out what was causing it? I’m having the same problem. Dissembled and cleaned it completely, but it’s still doing the same thing.

Probably belt burning due to a roller jam. Take a look.

The sensor is dirty. The next time you change the bag, leave it off and the cover as well. Plug the sweeper in and turn it on for a few seconds. The lights should blink then run steady. This is the best way to blow out dust. It should be done outside.

Does it have a belt drive and is it broken or need cleaning out

There is a break in the wire probably around the handle or plug. Turn the vacuum cleaner on and shake the cord. If the vacuum cleaner shuts on and off, replace the cord.
