The exit tube is clogged. Get a paper clip and straighten one end, pushing it up into the tube to clear the material out. The tube is the upper Pin Like projection that pierces the Kcup.

Using filter water of course helps keep things clean and so forth. To help solve this algae problem when you descale and clean machine use vinegar and that should help from algae building up. Thanks Mike

Perhaps more than one problem people are dealing with but here's what I found. The round float in the tank is magnetic so it's either activating some crappy mechanical switch or more likely a hall effect sensor. Remove the tank and dump the water so the float will rise from the bottom when you refill it. Take a good strong magnet and slide it around the side of the unit where the float would be, tapping it as you go. Put the tank back on and fill it. One try and I was back to making coffee.

I have had this same problem when all of some of the coffee is ground too fine. It needs to be the correct particle size and if it is too fine, it will clog the screen and either overflow or not flow at all. Look at the ground coffee you use and check to see if it is uniform size or there are a lot of very fine grounds mixed with the coarser sizing. Try asking a coffee shop to grind you some coffee specifically for your Keurig cassettes. Most pre-grounds drip coffees are too coarse and many grinders in the stores where you grind your own whole beans do not produce a uniform size. I have an OEM Keurig cassettee and two generic cassettes and the screens have different pore sizes, with the Keurig being finer.

We live in an area with rather mineralized water. and have had regular issues with this. the best solution we ever had to this sort of problem was to simply descale with a vinegar mix until it ran clean and then go with very regular descaling 9 in our case 2 a week, unitl the dog chewed through the cable). I had my B40 for almost 3 years. Good luck!

You can take the bottom off to see if there is one. You cannot disassemble the coffee maker any further without destroying the case. They are not serviceable, so if there is no fuse, the unit goes in the trash.

I have this issue with one of my Keuring machines also. I find that if I push in on the k-cup holder while pulling the top down the problem goes away. Try it and see if this works for you too.

Check that the needle under the top is clean, no coffee grounds blocking the flow of water into the K cup.

First try using a paper clip or long pin to clean the 2 tiny holes in the upper prong that pokes thro the top of the coffee cartage. I had the same problem and that fixed mine

sounds like water has gotten into the electronics, let it dry out and see if it goes.

How did you clean your keurig? The way that I do it is fill the tank up with vinegar and run it through. The way that you might have washed it may have clogged it up. Using the vinegar will clean and unclog the machine.

It could be the heating element inside the machine. Or I could be the water pump. The water pump pushes the water into a chamber where it is heated up before it goes into the cup. If there is a manual near by, read the part under water pump.

There is a filter screen under the machines tank you have to take the machine apart to clean that screen.

It was over filled beyond the Max line.
