My magic wand stopped buzzing but it brings light

If your magic wand is not vibrating anymore, there might be a few potential reasons for this:
  1. Battery: The battery may be dead or running low. Try charging or replacing the battery to see if this solves the issue.
  2. Motor: The motor in the wand may be worn out or damaged, preventing it from vibrating. This can happen over time with frequent use.
  3. Wiring: There may be an issue with the wiring inside the wand that is preventing it from vibrating.
As for the light still working, it is possible that the light and vibration functions of the wand are controlled by different components. If you are unable to determine the cause of the issue, it may be best to contact the manufacturer or a professional repair service for assistance.

Descaled and now descale light will not go out even after power off and reset pressed 10 secs

If your descale light is still on after descaling your coffee maker or espresso machine and performing a power off and reset, there are a few things you can try:
  1. Double-check that you followed the descaling instructions correctly. Make sure that you used the right amount of descaling solution and water and that you let the machine complete the entire descaling cycle.
  2. Try unplugging the machine from the power source and letting it sit for several hours. This can sometimes reset the descale light.
  3. Check the user manual for your machine to see if there is a specific way to reset the descale light. Some machines require you to hold down certain buttons or perform a specific sequence of button presses to reset the light.
  4. If none of the above steps work, there may be an issue with the machine's sensors or circuitry. In this case, it may be best to contact the manufacturer for further assistance or to have the machine serviced.

CVA-615 Seems to have water blockage before Brew Unit

If the hot water spout and steam wand are functioning normally, but there is no water coming out of the coffee spouts during the rinse cycle, it is likely that there is a blockage in the water pathway leading to the brew unit. Here are some possible causes and solutions:
  1. Water filter: If your machine has a water filter, check to see if it needs to be replaced or cleaned.
  2. Water tank: Check the water tank to make sure it is properly seated and that the water level is sufficient.
  3. Water pathway: The water pathway from the tank to the brew unit may be blocked with scale or debris. Try running a cleaning solution through the machine to clear the pathway.
  4. Brew unit: If the above solutions do not work, the problem may be with the brew unit itself. Check to see if it is properly seated and clean. If it is damaged or worn, it may need to be replaced.
If the problem persists, it may be necessary to have a professional technician inspect and repair the machine.

Hi, my carezza builds up pressure, but the water that comes out is a trickle, even when I've removed the group head. Steamer wand works, but I can't get enough force to make an espresso.

It sounds like there may be a blockage in the coffee delivery system of your Carezza. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check the filter basket: Make sure the filter basket is clean and clear of any coffee grounds or debris that could be causing a blockage.
  2. Clean the group head: Remove the group head and clean it thoroughly with a brush and hot water. Pay special attention to the holes where the water comes out.
  3. Check the water tank: Make sure the water tank is full and properly seated in the machine. If the water tank is not seated properly, it can cause low water pressure.
  4. Descale the machine: Over time, mineral deposits can build up in the machine and cause blockages. Descaling the machine can help remove these deposits and improve water flow.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be necessary to disassemble the machine to check for more serious blockages. If you are not comfortable doing this yourself, it is recommended to take the machine to a professional for repair.

Jura Impressa C9 Grounds container filling with water or Coffee. Grounds floating.

It sounds like there may be a blockage in the brewing unit or the drainage system causing the water and coffee grounds to back up and overflow into the grounds container. You can try cleaning the brewing unit by removing it from the machine and rinsing it with hot water. Be sure to clean all the nozzles and crevices to ensure there is no blockage. You should also check the drainage system for any clogs or obstructions, such as coffee grounds or debris. This can be done by removing the drip tray and examining the drainage hole at the bottom of the machine. If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be necessary to contact a professional for repair or servicing of the machine.

Jura Impressa C5 all lights are flashing, Cant descale or clean. What do I do?

When all the lights on your Jura Impressa C5 are flashing, it typically means that the machine is experiencing a malfunction or error. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Turn off the machine and unplug it from the power source for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on again. This can sometimes reset the machine and clear the error.
  2. Check the water tank and make sure it is filled to the appropriate level. If the water tank is empty or low, the machine may not be able to function properly.
  3. Check to see if the brew group is properly seated in the machine. If the brew group is not properly seated, the machine may not be able to start a brewing cycle.
If none of these steps work, it's possible that there is a more serious issue with the machine that may require professional repair. In that case, you may want to contact Jura customer service or a professional appliance repair service for further assistance.

Magnifica S no water but sometimes has coffee?

The problem you are describing with your Magnifica S coffee machine, where it doesn't put out water when you turn it on to rinse, but sometimes outputs the coffee and other times just dumps it out into the tray, could be caused by a few different issues. Here are a few things you can check:
  1. Check the water tank: Make sure that the water tank is properly filled and that the water level is high enough for the machine to function properly.
  2. Check the water pump: Make sure that the water pump is functioning properly and that it is not blocked or clogged.
  3. Check the water lines and hoses: Make sure that the water lines and hoses are not clogged or blocked.
  4. Check the machine's settings: Make sure that the machine's settings are correctly configured.
  5. Check the machine's firmware: Make sure that your machine's firmware is up to date and that there is no error.
  6. Check the machine's grinder: Make sure that the grinder is not clogged and that the grind setting is set correctly for your beans.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, I would recommend contacting the manufacturer or a professional repair service for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or may recommend a qualified technician to repair the unit.

Problem separating bulk salt or pepper corns container from the motor base on Trudeau Graviti mills

If you are having trouble separating the bulk salt or pepper container from the motor base on your Trudeau Graviti mill, there are a few things you can try to fix the problem:
  1. Make sure that the mill is unplugged and not in use.
  2. Carefully pull down the motor base from the container and rotate it counterclockwise as the instructions indicate.
  3. If the parts are still stuck together, make sure that the square shaft is properly aligned with the base. Sometimes the square shaft can become misaligned, preventing the parts from separating.
  4. Check the square shaft to ensure that it is not bent or damaged in any way. If the shaft is bent or damaged, it may not be able to rotate properly and the parts will not separate.
  5. Check for any debris or food particles that may be lodged in the connection between the container and the motor base. Clean the parts with a dry cloth and make sure that they are free of debris.
  6. If the issue still persists, you may want to consult the user manual for your mill. The manual should have specific instructions for separating the parts.
  7. If you do not have a manual, you may be able to find one online by searching for the model number of your mill.
  8. If you are still unable to separate the parts, you may need to contact the manufacturer customer service or a technician for assistance.

How do I test secondary boiler on Saeco Vienna Deluxe

It sounds like you are experiencing an issue with the secondary boiler on your Saeco Vienna Deluxe coffee machine. In order to test the secondary boiler, you will need to follow these steps:
  1. Remove the water tank and the brew group from the machine.
  2. Locate the secondary boiler. It is usually located in the back of the machine and is a small, cylindrical shape.
  3. Check the thermostat: Use an ohmmeter to check the resistance of the thermostat switch. If it is closed, the resistance should be very low (around 0 Ohm), if not, it could be the reason for the failure.
  4. Check the thermal fuse: Check the resistance of the thermal fuse with an ohmmeter. If the fuse is open, it will have a very high resistance (infinity)
  5. Check the heating element: Use the ohmmeter to check the resistance of the heating element. It should measure between 12-15 Ohms. If the resistance is outside of this range, the heating element may be faulty and will need to be replaced.
  6. Check the wiring: Check that all the wiring is properly connected, and that there is no damage or loose connections.
  7. Reassemble the machine: Once you have finished testing the components, reassemble the machine.
It's worth noting that if you are not familiar with the process of testing the components or if you find that the problem is more complex, I would recommend contacting a qualified technician or the manufacturer for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose and repair the issue with your coffee machine, and they can also give you an estimate of the cost of repair. It's also worth mentioning that you should not test voltages of live unit out of its case, as it is dangerous and could cause damage to the machine or injury to yourself.

My Jura automatic freestanding milk frother has stopped working, the magnetic moving part that is supposed to rotate to froth the milk does not turn when switched on, but it heats up.

Sounds like the motor underneath the frother unit has broken down. If you still have warranty, then go to the retailer. Otherwise you maybe can check the unit by opening it from the bottom and checking all the resistances of all the components with a multimeter to figure out what went down.
