was the unit drop or damage and anyway cause sound like a tamper problem you need to send this to a repair shop to get it check if you need help call us @ 775-358-2922 hope this help : - )

there's different places you can buy parts for this units all depend what parts you need I know a couple of places you can get parts let me know and I will send you the links : - )

and install fresh one.

Receipt Feeds,But Nothing Is Printed On It. Not using thermal paper. Ensure thermal paper is being used. OR MAYBE Thermal paper loaded upside down.Ensure thermal paper is being fed from underneath the roll, as it will only print on one side of the paper.

Press down on the button located on the side of the terminal to unlatch thepaper roll cover, then lift the cover up and backRemove any partial roll of paper in the printer tray by lifting upLoosen the glued leading edge of the paper or remove the protective stripfrom the new roll of paper. Unwind the paper roll past any glue residue.Hold the roll so the paper feeds from the bottom of the roll Drop the paper roll into the printer tray.Close the paper roll cover by gently pressing directly on the cover until it clicksshut, allowing a small amount of paper past the glue residue to extend outsidethe printer door.To prevent the paper roll cover from damaging the print roller, always gently pressdown on the printer dust cover to close it.
