My first thought was that the phones doesn't have Bluetooth, but it does.

The key to the code would depend on the make and model of the headphones. Likely to the '0000' or '1111' or similar.
The most common PIN is four zeroes in a row, 0000. Two others you may encounter on some devices are 1111 and 1234. Try entering those when you're prompted for a PIN, starting with 0000, and most of the time, the pairing finishes successfully. If issue persist, proceed with these steps.

There is No model like Nokia BL -5J...It's batter type...So specify the model correctly. You can get the unlock code from Theunlockspot.com/unlock-your-phone/rs10wp2/ and Unlock it from network lock easily.
Question edited for clarity. You say you HAD a Nokia 106, PAST tense, so you don't have it anymore? The message is telling you that either the person you are messaging no longer has that number or you are contacting a discontinued number.OrYour old phone no longer has an active number or service is suspended...
A hard reset will put it back to Factory Settings wiped clean with no security code.
Unless Anonymous ... it is stolen and PUK Locked / SIM Locked. That is a whole other story. I have the answer for that as well.

There is no 'master code'. I see you are hiding behind 'Anonymous', so it is likely stolen or found on the streets of Lagos or Karachi. This is a Third World cell phone.
The only option to you is a hard reset.

You can't change the IMEI Number, it is hard wired to the device for its life and is its unique identifier in the whole wide world.
Did you find it on the street?
Does it mention PUK Code, or SIM Lock?
