It dont have network,i want to change it network

you may lost antenna connection between mainboard and antenna.
clean the connectors

if you are trying to format your phone, you should have ha data cable, and the software for that unit, so i sudgest that you take your phone in a celphone shop that offer reformat, etc.it wont cost you much for reformat.

I want to format my Nokia 6820 and need a software

Hii

U can go to nokia website and click Get Support and Software > Download Software , select ur phone model and it will download the required softwares on ur pc , once done follow instructions on screen and connect ur phone. U will be updated with the new software on ur phone.

If GPRS is not working there must be something wrong wid the settings, contact ur network operator they will tell send u the perfect settings, the settings u wud receive it as a sms once ur receive the sms press save. Ur new settings wud be updated and gprs wud start working.

Also you can download official Manual for ur cell phone

Hi Friend,
It is paid service and many providers give it. U may search them here at fixya or other mobile support forum like GSMHOSTING, GSMHELP etc. No one can give u such code because it is part of Nokia security. The code is as per cell's unique IMEI and only can be obtained by professional software tools like BB5 box and other compitable tools. It is advisable to visit nearby mobile technician who have such box. He will charge u for that.
Network providers lock handsets to their networks in order to protect the investment they made as you have received the handset at a reduced price. Therefore the only people that are able to unlock the handset from the network are the network providers.

If you need a restriction code you will need to contact your network provider, these are the people who hold this information. They should be able to give you this information.
