My phone's screen freezes at start-up and I cab't even get to the menu to restome my factory settings???

contact tech,support at Panasonic

bring the phone to the service company that supports your make and model

Replace the Charger and check if the battery is inserted properly

you have to go to the store to get it fixed and out of that mode
