Panel blue light blinking

Make sure the monitor is connected to the box (desktop) and that box or desktop is turned on. Make sure the cable is good. Make sure the input on the monitor is on the right input (example, VGA, HDMI, DVI). Should be a button to switch between those options

HP Pavilion F1503 only displays a split second?

well, its a 2003 LDC 13 years old , its bad the monitor itself of the power pack to it is bad. you can test it on any PC< or laptop made if its dead on all , then its dead. what more needs saying, older LCD monitors had old CCFL, lamps. that love to fail newer are LED back lights that last for ever. it seems so up grade? seems your back light is dead ever do the flash light trick shine it at the dead screen see good data yes, then the CCFL is DEAD< (or its power supply ,deep inside) fixed may but would never do a 2003, not now. lots of used good LED for sale,

What could be wrong with HP Pavilion f1503 screen?

This is usually faulty capacitors. They are in charge of regulating the power of your monitor, with time, they will go bad. The replacements of this capacitors is usually under $10 or $15 usd. You will need to open the screen, identify, unsolder and buy the new ones to later on solder back and BOILA!

Power on but image on screen is very faint. What could the problem be?

HP monitors are renowned for having the inverters quit working. To repair the inverter you disconnect the power and if a laptop also remove the battery. Remove the plastic bezel (edge plastic around the screen), this can be done by lightly prying the plastic away from the screen, at the bottom of the screen just behind this plastic bezel you will see a small printed circuit board with 1 or 2 screws holding it in place with wires plugged into it, you will need an exact replacement part, the part numbers are printed on the board. Most boards are readily available for around $20 or less on Ebay. Carefully unplug the wires and screws, install the new board, attach wires, replace screw(s), snap bezel back in place making sure no wires get pinched, and you should be good to go. 30 minute fix for a novice.

I want main menu off my screen

If you are referring to the monitor's setup menu, the buttons on the front panel will provide a cancel or end of fuction controls. If it is a Windows menu, you are stepping into a forbidden zone. Windows 8 took away most menus that most people complained of losing. Windows 8.1 gave it back to them. -DellTech1

Which model of Inverter Board does HP pavilion f1503 uses?

The part is a "ribbon cable" for an lcd monitor...ribbon made by Youngshin (AWM 2896 30V 80C VW-1). 2 ribbon cables for a hp pavilion f1503 LCD monitor (the two from the AD board to the TCP)The LCD panel is made by HannStar (HSD150SX84). Also, looking for other LCD parts, particularly: the AD board for a Proview Pro-576 (I assume Sylvania PL-576 & Mag LT576s are similar); Board #: 200-100-AS576 Rev: B MV5-S2? It uses a sampo inverter (QPWBGL8621DG) & a AU Optronics M150XN05 LCD.

I moved and I have

are you sure it is not something to do with the computer? perhaps some sort of screen saver?

secondly, there are "power saving modes" on the screen and on the computer, they could darken the screen to save power.

check to make sure these are not enabled.

When I turn on the

Unplug your dekstop from the electricity then press and hold the power button on your desktop for couple minutes with out no power cable attached to it then let go of the power button then connect your desktop back to electrical outlet and press power button once that should give you display once it turns back on you can go into your power saving options and turn off power saver mode as its conflicting with your LCD sometimes this can occur if you have Norton antivirus installed
if after doing the power drain and still get same message then you can try using a different monitor if you have one for a test.
this issue is not with your monitor but with the PC has been stuck in sleep mode but the power drain should solve your problem.
