These ovens often use methods of regulating the fan voltage or current limitors inside the motor itself , to test this it requires a fair knowledge of electrical motors as there are several types used in fan housings, not knowing this model I can only give you a General guideLet me know your competance level as far as electrical testing is concerned. As the danger of electric shock from a a/c or d/c motor is quite considerable.
My hotpoint sy36 has power as the display / clock
Does top burners work? If not, make sure you have 220vac to unit.If it is the oven only that doesn't work, then it may be the temperture sensor, element, or control panel. You can take the sensor out and measure resistance across it with an ohmeter...at room temp should read about 2K ohms...in ice water should read less?in hot water more?...I may be backwards here, but temps should vary..(.must disconnect from connection to stove). Element disconnected should read zero or close end-end and infinite from end to outside.If these test ok, sorry but it's the control panel card....$300+ if not obsolete. New ranges are about $500+
