2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and am getting nothing happening when key inserted

Sounds like an electrical connection. But which one? First start at the battery. Does it have 12.5+ volts? Does it stay at 12.5 while trying to start? If not then have the battery tested. If yes check to see if 12.5 volts is at the fuse box. Check to make sure the battery is properly grounded to both the engine and frame.

Why isn't A/C working?

The AC unit on vehicles will not work if AC is not properly charged. Clutch will not engage. There is internal device that will not let the a/c start if under charged. System has to be evacuated and have fresh freon added to full capacity. Use leak stop and lubricants with the new AC freon. Check all fuses/ relays for AC unit. Use a freon gas sniffer/die tool to check for leaks.

My check engine light wont come on dash with key turned forward vehicle failed nysi because it states light is on .Changed bulbs in cluster still nothing.

most all engine control modules I have seen , turn on ck engine light when you first turn ign switch to "On" this is a test for the light bulb then they go out a second later , other than that have someone use a scan tool to ck 4 codes and see if there correct , Not all fault codes will trip a ck engine light as some are considered a minor fault (1 example: low washer fluid) a little known fact is that most national chain auto parts stores will ck your codes for free !! ask them!! they just might like to have the chance to sell you the parts to fix it

two reasons fuses blow, one circuit shorted out to earth, two load to high for fuse rating, to repair number one, find and repair shorted cable , insulation rubbed through to earth. Two fit higher rated fuse , around five amps higher than rated load.

My 2004 jeep grand cherokee laredo is hard to start after refueling, all other times it starts fine

10 years old, when was it last serviced? Although I assume when refuelling it is hot so maybe a hot start sensor problem? Plug it into an engine check.
