What is the timing settings
If thats all you replaced, the timing hasn't changed by doing that. You may have a very loose timing chain and worn cam and crank gears that have allowed the timing to slip

Most likely the alternator is failing to supply enough power to battery.
Check battery terminals and wires are clean and tight, check wiring to lights and alternator for signs of heat. Check voltage at battery with multimeter with engine running and a high idle. Voltage should be at least 13.5 volts with lights on or off.
