How can i unlock the OSD on my iiyama Pro Lite E2710HDSD?

Press the menu button and the power button in at the same time and hold it for 10 to 20 seconds. Then turn the button power of en turn it on . this should work

I cant click on the brightness option in on the iiyama monitor with id nr E2282HD

If you are configuring the menu option displayed on the monitor itself, there is no control clicking any options with the mouse cursor. You have to adjust the brightness settings touching the buttons on the monitor it self.
